Adam from Patty Plus comes from the recommendation of our friend, and as she described the results were amazing. We were quoted around £10k to replace our carpets for the same quality and Adam restored them for the fraction of this price. What was amazing, he actually managed to make them look new! From now on we book him for every year carpet cleaning.

Would highly recommend using Patty Plus Services, they did a fantastic job with our old carpets. We were a bit sceptical about a few stains will never disappear, but Adam did his very best to bring them back to new condition. Wish I had taken before/after pictures you can only take my word for it.

I’m so glad a friend recommended Adam when I told her how desperate I was to improve the state of our carpets. They had been cleaned before but, although I knew they were clean, I didn’t notice a huge difference so we were seriously thinking about changing them after giving them this last try. I was so pleasantly surprised with the result, I could see a huge difference! Adam is very knowledgeable and above all, nothing was too much trouble during or after the service which is rare to find in businesses these days. He made our carpets look brand new and spotless, completely transforming our entire house! His talent is indescribable. We're definitely calling him again soon for the rest of our house. Adam was friendly, professional, punctual and went out of his way to accommodate us as we had a tight schedule moving homes. As for the cleaning of the carpets I can only say WOW! Impeccable job done. Adam takes no shortcuts and really delivers on the ask. Aside from the 5 star service he is just really pleasant to deal with. Initially spoke to Adam who went through the options. Good phone manner and very knowledgeable. Turned up bang on time and has done a brilliant job cleaning our carpet. Even sent me a video of the finished area. Would highly recommend his services to anyone!
