Sent them all documents they needed and they just stopped replying and completely iced me . I even followed up with an email and nothing. This is very unprofessional! Not how a company should treat anyone!

Have never in my life seen this amount of disrespect, and disregard for tenants from management. Absolutely disgusting, would not advise renting here, unless you like being treated like an animal.

I myself stayed in Arbutus Place for a year and had no problems with the unit. Appliances were in good working order. The battery of the alarm has to be changed as it beeped constantly. Email maintenance and they were able to arrive promptly. Had the one entrance door to myself so it was convenient and didn’t have to pass by anyone. My only issue would be the neighbors as depending on them, in this case they were above me and were loud majority of the time, it can be frustrating. Every little step and conversation they are having you can hear. I would recommend VHP to implement a Quiet/After Hours policy. Overall, a fair experience.

Great property management company. I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and I was able to view all the places I wanted to see that day! I found a place I loved and the Vionell Holdings staff made the application process a breeze. I would 10/10 recommend them to someone looking to rent :)

the process of applying and finally moving into my new place was pretty seamless and the communication from the girls in the office was great. Love my place on Tracey Street and maintenance is super fast if there are any issues that need to be addressed :)

I have been a tenant with Vionell Holdings for a number of years and my experience has been excellent. I left for a few months and when I came back, they were able to get me back into the same building I was in before. Any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly (fridge stopped working - new fridge the next day, A/C not working - fixed the next day), and the building I live in is quiet, even during the day when trying to sleep as a shift worker. The pool has always been really clean, the sidewalks are always clean from weather, and I love how green and taken-care-of the grounds are. Thank you for the awesome experience!
