Très cool les condos

Worst experience ever with Metrocite. Since Patrick left and the building stinks with smells all over and they do not clean well the corridors. The AC is always off in the entrance and they have 1 elevator that is so slow and always needs repair. So if you are living in the 6th floor goodluck. Also we received the place with some stuff still in place from previous tenant. We also asked many times to come and fix the isolation in the apartment cz the finishing is very cheap and the heater used to work 24/7 due to cold air leakage from the windows and they never did anything. Even we used to see sometimes icing on the interior of the window during the winter. Finally, they decided not to return our deposit by the end of the contract even-though we signed on the exit report and everything was clear. They are claiming that we kept a 2 seats sofa and they paid 150$ to remove it while when we received the apartment there was much more than a sofa and the house was not clean at all. Even if they paid 150$ they should inform us and they should provide proof!! Every tenant leaving metrocite was celebrating the end of the contract because it became in the last 2 years a mess!!! The neighboring compounds are providing similar condos at same price and much better quality and management so think twice!! Last recommendation dont go to the pool cause the liner is so clean and u dont see yellow colouring nor detached liner!! Hygiene at its best.

Excellent service great price

Très mal insonorisé. Non respect des termes sur le contrat de location où certains fument ou font du bruit. Chien qui jappe jours et soirs et rien n’est fait par le propriétaire. A éviter!

Trop cher pour ce que c’est. Je suis supposé avoir le wifi 20mb inclus et jai seulement 5 mb et personne fait rien. Ils osent me dire que tout fonctionne et de me raprocher dû corridor.A éviter!!!

my brother bought a condo there.. its nice elegant too much storing place but small living area .

Notre table etais placer trop proche du plancher de danse toute le monde dansais et deposai leur verre sur notre table pendant que nous mangeons mais sinon la nourriture etais très bonne!
