WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I've been with RBC for many years and never had issues. I go to different branches all around GTA. After an elderly lady was unable to perform a basic service I requested (it was done at a different branch 1 week prior) I demanded to see her manager. She went to look for him and I'm sure she spoke with him. He did not come out and she made some vague excuse. I wish I had the time to wait around and speak to him. This was a very upsetting experience. Btw I just had the same service performed seamlessly at another branch I visited for the first time 1 week after the incident.

Tellers customer service at this particular branch probably is the worst I have ever seen in all RBC branches I have dealt with in all of GTA in over 20 years. There was absolutely no politeness in their tone or language used by this rude teller. No thank you or please of any kind from the teller. I am not sure if this was the isolated case only with that particular teller or pretty much everyone at this poorly run branch. Truly pathetic level of customer service! Going forward I will only use their ATM service.

I needed some paperwork from the bank and when I went in the first time I was told I had to call customer service for the request. After being on hold for 45 minutes I sent in my request. When I went to grab my papers Harjinder Dhinsa told me the requested was declined, and right on the spot she resend a request with proper info. I was surprised because the first time I walked in the person didn't wanted to help... I would like to say a big Thank You to Harjinder. Customer service is not always easy but she did what ever she could and I really appreciate it.

Dear bank employees, your service is as terrible as it can be.After visiting your bank I decided not to do business with you anymore.The management is at a low level, 3 employees walked by and didn't even ask why I came to them, they took a long time to find a time to meet and in the end didn't solve my issue.Although the branches in Manitoba (Winnipeg) were very polite and professional, you should gain experience from them:(

Rating as of today is 2.6. no surprise here. This branch is incredibly inflexible and not business friendly. I'm surprised that RBC as a whole has such variability between branches and such draconian policies. Walk in with a bank draft and you still have to explain yourself. Wasted my time as usual, and I would never even set foot in this bank if I didn't have clients who bank here. HOPEFULLY NOT FOR LONG!

Absolutely horrible experience, starts from teller and finish with branch manager . After open my TAx free account with financial advisor “ I lost almost 5.600$ taxes , REALLY GOOD ADVISERPlease do not do anything with this branch , they are unprofessional!!!

Recently closed my account due to financial restructuring. I have been a customer at this branch for well over 5 years. Always a pleasure to deal with staff and branch manager was always around smiling. Great location located beside a gas station. Thanks for your service! Removed one star due to a bad experience at their Union location

Was told by the teller I wasn't able to withdraw from my account funds from an e-transfer I received that same day. Went to the next location and I was able to withdraw immediately. I'm still looking for the policy that says e-transfers which are immediately deposited have to be on hold for one day. Seems like the lying teller just made it up.
