Assured Automotive made my experience extremely easy and stress free. I was worried as this was my first time getting my car fixed and going through the whole process but the associates at Assured were very helpful and made the whole process painless. Their work is phenomenal and although I hope I don't have to see them again, will go back if required! 5 Stars!

Absolutely terrible experience!! 5 months my Jeep was there and i had to constantly call for updates.Easter weekend I had to go get some paperwork out of my jeep and I was told I could just go to the lot and access my vehicle. Upon arrival there was my jeep sitting there with parts missing and I opened the jeep and it was full of boxes and parts and garbage while the parts from my jeep were strewn all over the place.I went into my glove box to retrieve some paperwork I needed and discovered it full of torn paper and mouse droppings. I popped the hood to my jeep and the engine compartment was also covered in mouse droppings.Absolutely terrible! After I received my jeep back I still had to get it professionally detailed as it wasn’t good enough.Too bad I cannot post pictures!! Found a mouse nest in my air filter today!!! Lawyer time!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Assured Oakville.They made what could have been a stressful situation extremely pleasant and easy.Every detail was taken care of! The work on my car was exceptional, as was the level of customer service I received.Huge thank you to Chris and Judy and the team, you were so wonderful!

I had a small body repair job required and the team finished it very quickly. Way faster than anticipated. The job was done seamlessly. Happy with their service and would highly recommend.

Assured automotive has been of great help during a stressful time for me, the staff is super courteous in assisting. Gurrai has been very professional and kind in understanding the situation and ensured the best way possible. He was also available to pick up calls after hours to fix the issue as soon as he can and I got my car back within 48 hours. Would definitely recommend for quick friendly service!

I am already experiencing a terrible experience. I took my car in for a accident estimate. The budget was approved by my insurance and for the past 1 month my parts has not come in. Terrible service and experience and now my car is making all kinds of noise. Now they are going to charge me for all repairs on top of the accident damage.

Rosa helped me and was very friendly after I told her I might need my car before work. She pushed the time and called me to get my car at noon, which helped me a lot.

Recently, I had my vehicle in for repairs. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Assured. From the moment I had my vehicle go in to the time I picked it up, Assured always kept me up to date on where they were at when I called. Huge shout out to Judy who is absolutely the best and always answered my questions, even though I knew they were incredibly busy and short staffed. I would definitely recommend!
