Honestly I haven’t enjoyed subway food in ages but the craving I had today was real. I tried out this location for the first time and honestly I was blown away. Very polite staff member. Clean inside. Bread was baked perfectly. Took the time and effort to make the sandwich like it is on the advertising. Didn’t have to ask to put a normal amount of veggies which is often the case at other locations. It honestly restored my faith in the brand. Thanks very much

Pretty standard Subway location. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Made our subs exactly as we asked, and didn't act like we were asking for too much to have our sub the way we like. Well-stocked with both cookies and the various bread types. Bright and clean, lots of seating compared to other locations.

Still delicious! Fresh veggie toppings on freshly made in-house sub buns. This is a combo that can't be beat. Lots of new meat and sauce options too :)

You need more staff on line. If you think that only having 2 sandwich makers working during a Friday supper rush, all while having Skip be active, then your management team needs to rethink things. Waiting 35 minutes in line on Friday is a little bananas. Not to mention I had to ask your sandwich maker to change her gloves and wash her hands because she handled cash and then went to make make my sandwich. The time was between 6:13pm-6:18pm on Friday when i needed to tell your staff to changetheir gloves.. Jan 6. Just in case you'd like to properly train your staff on the safety of cross contamination. Seeing how those girls are going to get someone really sick.

It takes too long to order through the app if you use it for the first time. You have to make a list of what you want and when you use the app it doesn't have everything you want in the app. For example gluten free bread is not an option in the app but is at the restaurant. Anyways I ordered for 5 people it took a half an hour but when I arrived to wait in line I just had to pay and pick up. Also the app didn't have certain sauces or condiments available in the app. Thumbs down for that. Otherwise I would have given the app 5 stars. Simplify the Subway app please even more. But have all the ingredients for the sub available please. I rated it low because of the app not the restaurant.

Very unprofessional employees. Cracking jokes with each other and having conversations amongst themselves laughing while making my sandwich, wasn’t very polite kind of service. No masks were worn by the employees so they basically were exposing you to COVID talking and laughing into your sandwhich. I won’t be going back.

Amazing! With the lack of quality coming out of fast food these days I was overjoyed with the experience I just had here. The place was immaculate, every surface was clean. The staff were so friendly and made my sandwich with actual effort! It was delicious!Normally, at any Subway, I get a sub slapped together and falling apart in the bag but this was like fine dining in comparison! They obviously care here and I’ll definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

My subway experience is usually pretty good yesterdays pushed me beyond upset with this location.It started with me ordering online an order that claimed to be ready at 12:40, when I arrived I needed to add two kids orders. So I stood in line and ordered the kids meals by the time I got to the register it was 12:50, I told them I was also picking up my online order and they seemed lost and confused as they tried to find my order and said oh we will start it now" I asked why it wasn't done for the pick up time 10 minutes ago and the lady behind the counter simply said "we where busy" no apology. So that of course was upsetting as I had my hungry 4 year old with me. They completed the order at 12:58 and rang me up for the kids subs
