I was introduced to Carlo through the contractor that completed the total renovation on my condominium property. I was immediately impressed to learn that Carlo had also previously been a contractor. As they say you only get one opportunity to make your best first impression. My first impression of Carlo was absolutely positive. He presented as an energetic, charismatic, knowledgeable young man who was very well spoken and knew his role as a top realtor in his industry. This property was my 5th real estate endeavour in BC. I had previously been “satisfied” with realtors that I had chosen but this young man far exceeded my expectations of a “top notch” real estate professional. We ran into issues with strata documentation which in turn involved “property management companies” and Carlo “handled” those issues with confidence and likeable insistence. He was always available to text or discuss issues and had a calming nature when I became nervous or dismayed. He was even in communication with me as our sale approached completion while he was on a pre-planned vacation with his family and out of the country. Needless to say if you have not figured it out…I am absolutely behind this young man in any endeavour that he should take on. His use of social media and video marketing is a display of his ability to use the best and most current trends in real estate marketing.
