What a waste of $115! I would not go back for another session! I tell you why!> inside the physio smell like a fish and chips shop! My teeshirt smells so bad, when I left the building.> rooms are dirty, looks like it has never clean for a while( I did not had a chance to take a picture)> no relaxation music, I feel like I was in a hospital bed when I was there.> I can’t wait for the session to be done, and it feels like I was there for 3 hours.> I probably only had a massage therapy for 10-12mins out of my 60 minutes. The rest was talking, and sometimes left for a few minutes at the time,hot padding wrap in a looks like a dirty towel to me.I do not recommend this place.Physiotherapist: Anil Roa.

I had a great experience at my first appointment at Jockvale Massage & Physio today. I had been looking for an RMT after the one I used to go to left the practice that she was at and my experiences following her departure were unpleasant. I think I may have just found my new go-to RMT. Kelly was superb, I enjoyed my massage; the pressure was just right, Kelly checked-in to ensure that. Kelly was punctual and I was able to book a follow-up within the timeframe I was aiming for; both of which I really appreciate. Looking forward to going back.

Very pleased with the service and treatments received over the last few years. The clinic is very clean and inviting, and the front desk staff is always professional and very friendly. Norman is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, consistent, effective, and personable therapist. Whether for a relaxation massage or to treat specific/isolated issues, I know I can depend on Jockvale Massage & Physio to meet and exceed my expectations.

Not so satisfied with Physio. I was told to put shorts on for my first assessment and omg can't believe how dirty were they, literally shocked. At this point, I should have just walked away. Approximately 30mins, it was talking to him about my ongoing backpain (I understand this part and I've done so many things to reduce the pain for the last 4years, so I am very familiar with what to do and don't).. about 10mins(?) acupuncture which was very disappointing coz I didn't even feel the needles on my body (I've done this a lot in my past, I know what it is like). 1 needle cap mistakenly fell on my back and he didnt removed it. I asked him to pick it up and he said it is ok (No! I am not ok!). Then he was just talking to his coworkers next to me for the rest of the time. (Why dont you leave the room and talked privately?I do not need to hear your private talk). Then he showed me 2 things I gotta do which I don't even want to talk about. It was a joke! Very unprofessional!

Melissa understands the body muscle composition and knows how to massage away those knots. Great pair of hands! I do not need to look further.

Irene is truly an outstanding professional that takes the time to listen and access your situation. Her ability to offer timely suggestions and a course of action to maintain proper mobility etc. is excellent.

The therapist/ owner Irene Gunn is an absolute c**t. Never had any issues with other therapists. Just don't book anything with Irene. She is a mediocre massage therapist at best. Hot tempered and unprofessional. The place isn't as clean as other massage parlors I've been to either. Towels are dirty, the place stinks like fish.

It was a wonderful massage session. I felt that all my muscles had enough attention within 45 minutes only. I like that separate rooms (not the curtains) are provided for massage sessions, the perfect music and the most important thing that you can easily book the slot with your therapist online.

Duane is superb at diagnosing and treating injuries. He has successfully treated me for two separate injuries. He was able to identify the cause, explain it very well and then give me exercises and treatment which worked almost instantly. Highly recommend.
