Karat Fine Jewellery

I recently had 3 items repaired by this jeweler, and they were all done beautifully, ahead of schedule. I will definitely return to this store for future jewellery needs as well.

Bought Caravelle by Bulova few days ago from this store. I am loving my watch and very happy with their customer service. I needed to remove some links to fit it in my hand and they did it right away. Got many compliments on my watch. I would definitely consider this store for all my future Jewerly needs.

Not a very good experience. I called ahead of time to ask if they can give me a ring size. They said no problem, just come on in.When I arrived they told me I need to buy a ring to get my ring size. Based on my experience it seemed like they lied to me just to get me in the door. I was going to get my watch battery replaced here, but I would not recommend after my experience.

This is my go to jeweller. They have everything for every occasion. I’ve recently bought my wife a 10th anniversary ring. Told them what I was looking for and within minutes they gave me a few options exactly what I wanted. Great customer service and in my opinion their designs are second to none

Was at Karat Fine Jewllery today and had another great experience. They were able to help us find my Husband a new ring. Have been buying our jewelry from Karat for years now and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

My wife and I have enjoyed supporting Karat fine jewelery over the years. They are a local store with excellent customer service. I had them make my wife a custom anniversary ring for our 20th wedding anniversary. The process was seamless and she loves the workmanship and design. I have made a number of purchases (ie. watches, etc..) and have always found the quality to be great! I also appreciate if I need any repairs they are happy to help me out. I would highly recommend Karat fine jewellery to anyone in our community.

Had my engagement ring designed and made by Karat Fine Jewelry. Had a very pleasant experience then and my fiance and I were very happy with the final product and work.Fast forward to wedding band time and the experience was the complete opposite from our last. Our credit cards were out almost immediately and we were ready to buy then and there but it was almost treated like we were wasting time. We didn't even get the chance to talk about what we had we had in mind, let alone the price (wasn't a big deciding factor as we were very confident of the work). We even insisted we wanted to get this done that day but was ignored (not even slightly entertained) and told to come back a few weeks later.It was unfortunate and I'm not sure what happened there, especially from a returning customer's perspective, but I hope Karat Fine can fix that.

I came from work so I wasn’t wearing the nicest of clothes. I asked to get my ring size measured and they looked me up and down and said we aren’t doing that unless you buy a ring here first. They will NEVER get my business. Awful people

Most professional experienced Jeweller, perfect repair as told, reasonable price and best customer service. Will come back for all my future purchases and will recommend to all.
