My new favourite superfood. I eat them every morning in my breakfast bowl. Baruvida nuts leave me feeling full and satisfied but even better they taste great. What I love about this company the most is the regenerative agriculture aspect. The more I eat the better it is for the planet, unlike many other nuts and animal based protein sources that harm the environment.
