I am not very lucky to get an appointment. I got one appointment because I went to the clinic. I am trying since 7 weeks to get another appointment. The phone number does not work and nobody responds to any email. I contacted the reception emaill and I was told that no appointment can be taken for my request. (hello customer service > what about to forward the email to the proper department) The osteopath gentleman is great therefore I am trying to get an appointment. I guess, I should look for another clinic.

I hurt my arm falling off my bike hard. Went tho this clinic to get it checked out by a doctor. He sent me to get xrays at another place called Medica. I go to the clinic, get everything done, and they tell me they will send the results to my doctor at the Forcemedic clinic. Awesome. I have been waiting for a week now, with my arm in pain everytime I move it or need to grab something. I have called multiple times, and everytime I try to get through to someone, their answering machine redirects me to the same message: that I need to wait 2-3 weeks for my results. So I am supposed to wait 2-3 weeks with a possibly fractured arm? This is ridiculous. Don't go there is you are in an actual emergency.

Do not go there period. I called them on oct. 18 to reschedule my appointment for yesterday (nov 15). Confirmed twice on the phone with the lady over the phone. I showed up, the receptionist tells me the appointment is for tomorrow. I freaked out. She asked me if I wanted to keep my appointment, I mentioned I will try to look for another therapist for the next day and that if I find nothing I will keep it yes. She made a face with an attitude (what kind of respond is that). It's the kind of respond I have the right to give you because it is what it is after you messed up my appointment. If I could give a 0 to that organization, I would.

I'm going there after an accident, so far physio is pretty good and offer good following treatments. It's not a walk-in, if you do they will redirect you to their website that open after 17h with no guarantee of place. Overall, the clinic is never really full.Dr. might be busy or just not scheduled/working elsewhere in at hospital and come from time to time. They do call back and confirm appointments at the last minute with a message text.

The doctor was incredible but I never got my results. I was told I would get my results within a couple of days. This was 18 days ago. I’ve called and emailed requesting the results almost every day this week. Every time I’m told they will be sent or that someone will contact me. They’ve stopped answering emails or voicemails, no callbacks. I would stay far away from this place.

I love my physiotherapist. But, honestly every single time I go, the receptionists are rude and terribly unpleasant. It seems to be a common thing based on what I am reading in the comments. People who aren’t feeling well already shouldn’t have to deal with staff like this.

Super Clinic? More like Super Bad Clinic.If I could put 0 stars, I would. I’ve never been treated with such disdain at a clinic before. If you work in health care, you definitely should have some kind of people skills. It was not the case at all for the nurse and doctor I had to deal with. They were both rude, dismissive and condescending to me. If it hadn’t been an emergency, I would’ve walked out. It’s a shame that the health system is so full that we’re stuck going to places like this one just because it’s the only one that’s empty (which should’ve been the first red flag).

This is not a walk in clinic. The lady at the front literally said I know the sign outside says you can come in without appointment but you actually need one and the earliest one you can get is not same day. Big scam. Avoid!

Terrible experience with them. I needed to have physiotherapy after a car accident and my appointment dates were all over the place. Every time I would call to have a confirmation for an appointment, they would always give me a different date. Two times I got there and they said “your appointment is not today” when I clearly had a paper with my dates on it. When I call they have different receptionists that seem like they don’t talk to each other because I just waste my time and gas for appointments that are clearly not booked. Terrible professionalism towards patients that really need help. Receptionists are also incredibly rude and disrespectful.
