The two stars are strictly for Icy because she is what I would consider, a talented lovely nail technician working at the wrong place. I find her coworkers to be nonchalant and ill-mannered however, speaking loudly in a different language while attending to clients. My beautiful biogel lasted 2 days as one nail broke and in that following week, I returned to the salon 3 different times to fix my nails making it a total of 4 visits in 7 days. Granted, Icy did not charge me to fix any of my broken and chipped nails, no one has time for this kind of inconvenience. A friend of mine whose biogel usually lasts for a month also tried this salon for the first time and had 3 broken nails within two weeks. So the poor quality of products speak for themselves and I will never return to this salon. Avoid this place at all costs.

Awful. I had gel nails done about 3 times there. The first time lasted about a week and then after that a nail broke literally every few days. I got my nails done Friday and by Sunday I had two break off and one lifting as I write this. And it's Sunday! They didn't charge me for the last few that broke but it seems the more I go the worse my nails get. I'm totally going somewhere else. They shouldn't cheap out on their customers and start buying products that actually last to everyday life. Unreal.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I recently had my eyelashes done On Saturday where at the end of it my eyelashes were completely stuck together and she had to pry them apart they started to throb and become very irritated shortly after that. I have had my eyelashes done several times other places and never experienced this irritating feeling. I went back to have them removed on the following Wednesday and explained to her I didn't think they had properly been put on and wouldn't be asking for my money back but would like some sort of credit to have my nails done as I had just paid them 120 dollars to have them removed just three days later. She looked at me as if I were crazy and said I owe 25 dollars for removing them. When I then asked to see her certificate to make sure she was even certified to do lashes she got very defensive. She had no sympathy for the situation and was more concerned about getting her 25 dollars. Needless to say I will never be back and do not recommend anyone goes there for ANY service. Very unprofessional.

Love it here! The ladies are friendly and their attention to detail is amazing. I have been here twice now and each time my shellac polish has lasted more than 2 weeks with no chipping. My nails look perfect!

Simply RUDE and unprofessional!I was sitting there with my 12 years old daughter to have her nails done. A very polite lady came in and politely ask them to glue her nails that they had done it a few hours ago.The way they responded to that polite simple request was simply horrible!The owner first rejected the request and after a while she took the glue box and poured the whole glue on the ladies fingers so that all her fingers were glued and she couldn't move them!We could not believe our eyes! I just took my daughter out of the store! I will never ever get service from this store even if it's free.

Love this place, always go with my mom. My nails always looks so pretty and last 2-3 weeks.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife used to be a regular customer. In her last visit they used a new nail polishing on her and after one day it started getting disappear. When we went there to complain about the quality of their nail polish they refused to fix it for her. They said my wife had put her hand in color. My wife is 8 months pregnant and used absolutely no chemical on her hand. Really poor service and we dont recommend them at all.

Super happy with my experience today! The two ladies attending to my friend and I were very sweet and skilled. Got full shellac mani and pedi in under an hour and 15!
