Huge store great collection and usually good deals. Not very good at customer service since the representatives don’t really have A clear understanding of the product vs the requirement.They have Mobilr devices and deals on it, there is microwave and television deals.They also have gaming equipment and photography console. The music systems have alot to see here. They have Chromebook laptops and monitors available.It is a clean store and has multiple checkout counters along with customer service.They also have good deals on music devices or instruments sometimes but you need to check Befirw checking out

I was having a very bad day as my favourite camera for my photography business crashed right before my wedding client had a shoot. I was frantic and crying and came into the store 1 day before the shoot, Arthur helped me get the camera and provided me with insurance benefits of the Best Buy protection. He was even so kind to provide me with suggestions and walked me through everything about the procedures and add ons for the cameras and exchanges. if you ever need help and stop by this Best Buy. Ask for ARTUR!

Be very very careful with Fairstone and Best Buy thiefs. I purchased something at the best buy, i wasnt even informed about some buy out value.. they charged me $600 extra for nothing!! I was told i m not paying any interest,i pay the same price i see in the store.That seller even count it front of me to show me i will not be charged any extra money!!! $600!!!!! They just charged me $57 for some activation and that what i was told its extra.Nobody informed about additional $600.I called them, text them, they are just laughing at my stupid face. I done with best buy as well!! Why would i volunterly pay 600??? I will just take it on my credit or whatever. Not give you my money for nothing.Shame on you

The store is a very big one and the layout is very good and you can see all the departments .. went to the store to drop my old Television for recycling.. they were very friendly and accommodating and they asked me to drop it .. reduced one star because they did not gave any slip or receipt that they have received..

Spacious, clean, organized and well-staffed Best Buy at Heartland Town Centre. Pick-up is seamless during the pandemic and the checkout was effortless.Like all the other Best Buy's, they have clear labels of directories and staff at the entrance to answer any questions you may have. It may feel overpacked and cluttered but there's a lot of walking space for customers to navigate the store.All the staff were responsive and quick to jump on any solution or tag team with other team members for their ideas. Friendly store and well staffed!
