Blarney Stone Pub & Restaurant

Service was fast and friendly. Food was awful. Philly cheesesteak sandwich was marinated in some weird bbq teriyaki sauce and was served on what appeared to be a hot dog bun. It did not taste good. I ate half since I was starving and gave the other half to my husband who was hungrier than I was apparently. His burger was thick and cooked well but he would have been more satisfied with Burger King. The decor in the Irish" pub was cheap and plastic. I will not go back. I would rather go into downtown Red Deer to Original Joes or into Blackfalds to Resolve."

Used just eat to order delivery from Balarney Stone Pub and Bar for the first time tonight. I have never eaten in or had delivery from this restaurant before but have used the just eat app in the past. I Ordered a crispy chicken burger with fries and a 2 L of iced tea. The Chicken burger was not a burger but 3 small chicken strips that did not even cover the bun. Soggy tomatoe and a chunk of lettuce. The small amount of fries that came were soggy, cold and over seasoned. The 2 L which I expected to be cold was warm. (Not even a little bit cold, but room temperature.) When I phoned To complain I did not get the apology or replacement meal I was expecting. The lady who I spoke to on the phone seemed like she understood but when she went to talk to the person in charge she got no where and said she would pass it along to the manager in the morning. The expected delivery time from the restaurant was 9:35. It did not arrive until 9:45. I ordered at 8:35. I expect food like this to come from a fast food restaurant not a local business. If the restaurant was out of stock of something I expect them to call and suggest an alternative solution, if they were out of cold iced tea, maybe a phone call to offer something that is cold. Overall unimpressed, I'm glad that I had a voucher from just eats for 10 $ off this order, even with that I feel ripped off and not satisfied.

A long time personal favourite of mine. The atmosphere and the food & drinks mix together into a great place to relax and enjoy.

Usually have phenomenal service but not tonight. The waitress was more interested in conversing with buddy @ the bar than to help others and blame that she's new but with 10yrs serving experience. With only 6 people in the bar, it's not like she was busy. We will come/be back because the owners are amazing.

I liked it. Reasonable prices, friendly service, and tasty food. Love how they play classic rock.

Came in at 5:30pm to 2 servers and 2 tables. Sat down and waited 10 minutes before deciding to walk out. I guess that's why it was empty. Terrible atmosphere and service.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We were one of 2 groups of people in the place and it still took them an hour and a half to make 2 plates of wings on wing night. When we finally got our food it wasn't even good. Not to mention how bad the service was the whole time and how dirty the whole place is.

They are a fairly quiet environment which I really like not too loud and noisy can enjoy cheaper food and drinks at better value love it!

I'd been going to that place off and on for years mostly to play the vlts.. tonight I was in there and was the only one at the machines. After playing the one I was at for some time I put 20 in the machine beside me and after a few spins was up to over 80 dollars.. some ladies walks up beside me and puts money in the vlt while I'm trying to explain that I had a balance on that machine.. she then starts playing it and it goes up over 200.. I went straight up to the bar to tell the girls who admitted they didn't know what to do so they took my number and said they'd get it straighten around 4 me... the manager then calls me hours later and pritty much says not his problem and offered me a beer!! This is just wrong to treat a long time customer this way.. I agreed to just take the balance I had before this happened but they wouldn't even do that...

Waitress seemed to hate her job, was not friendly.. I asked if I could keep the menu and she threw it on the floor while walking away.. This actually made me laugh so I guess it wasn't a terrible experience:)
