Stryder's hiring practices are probably not as great as they should be. Their drivers are careless and overly aggressive on the road. Their office staff does not take customer feedback seriously. Drivers represent the company, and when you have drivers like Stryder's, you probably want to use someone else due to the lack of care they show on the road and the lack of ownership their company takes for their employees' actions.

Nothing like having one of your trucks tailgating me and others going north on I5 by lake samish today between two and three this afternoon, Ghee whiz it's only two lanes then slows down to 60 MPH, Hope he got to the border to wait in line.This guy got right up my exhaust port horrible dangerous driving

After 5 years of longhual driving in 4 different companys, I settled down in Stryder and became a company driver in 2016. They not only have top pay rate but also have warm environment. People here are really care about drivers!!! They have a great team 24/7 dispatching for everyone and the most important thing is, they have a sufficient communication with each driver! They always give me notify for the changing road conditions and all kinds of alarts. They never give me forced dispatch and always taking care of me. Once I stucked in Calgary, they sent me back by air and paid me for the hotel and food meanwhile! They not only have great people inside the building, but also have a wonderful mechanic team in the yard. They work 24/7 doing the maintence and all kinds of repairs. They helped me a lot and saved me tons of time! There are a lot of up and downs but overall, Stryder is my family!
