Rented a small skid steer, it didn't work kept shutting down. Ive run them for many years and am very familiar with them. They sent a mechanic who said nothing was wrong. I received a call from the manager yelling at me that mechanics aren't cheap to sent out and it was probably my fault. I got back in the machine to try and finish but no go it was broken upon arrival. They sent out a different machine an what do know it worked flawlessly. Great right? Until the bill came.. they tried to charge me 3 deliveries and the rental cost for the days their broken down machine Sat on my drive. Eventually after waiting a week with my deposit still charged to my credit card they took back 1 day and a delivery what a hassel. Shameful.(The response from the owner is ridiculous, rented on Feb. 26th 2016, this location clearly has terrible customer service).

Reserved one-man auger with 10inch bit online. After calling to get the model number to check out some instructional videos, turns out they only have a model that can accommodate 4 inch bits. What's the point of having an online booking system if it cant tell you what's available? Complete waste of time

All staff are always willing to go above and beyond to provide a wonderful sales experience. Excellent range of equipment to purchase or rent. Salesmen are exceptional problem solvers and quick to answer questions. Our family loves supporting local and look forward to using Richlock for years to come.

Rude customer service and very pricey rentals.

Did a search online for a man lift in my area and went to reserve lift because the price was good. Went to check out so I could book it and didn't have an option to proceed after filling everything out for 20 minutes. Turns out the price I added to my cart was unavailable there but the exact same machine was available for $250 more the customer service rep said after wasting another 30 minutes of my time. Total bait and switch. Wasted an hour trying to book the machine and customer service was no help at all. Went to United rentals instead and will continue to only ever use them. I will never have my time wasted by a company that has business practices like that ever again. Thanks, Marek

Best pricing in town on commercial lawn and garden equipment purchases. We have searched high and low. We have also used rental services at both locations loads, never any issues, more than accommodating. only reviewed because saw negative reviews while looking up for their phone number. We have used Richlock among many other rental shops for over 10 years and never had any issues!

Renting equipment has never been easier. I had a great experience with this branch and would highly recommend it to anyone. The front counter staff is super friendly, and if they don't have what you need, they will go the extra mile to find it for you. Thanks for making renting equipment easy and stress free!

I bought brush cutting blades for my weed Wacker and was attended to by Keith. Keith has helped me on other occasions as well and as usual he carefully explained how to lock in the blade later, I removed the blade and replaced it with the line trimmer and left out a key part and was unable to remove the part despite my best efforts. I went back to the store and Keith, always pleasant and very professional, expertly removed the part (he used tools I don't have) and then returned it to me charging me 10$. Keith is exceptionally skilled and I was lucky to have been helped by him as he saved me a lot of time and trouble.

I understand inflation but you guys are just gouging. Prices up 45% since last time I ordered this unit. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Reserved a man lift for 9am. I had 2 guys waiting. Didn't arrive until 11:15. Completely ruined the day and lost time on another job. No one called, and when I complained, not even a sorry was heard. Nor did I receive a call back as promised. I was charged a fee for insurance, which I did not want, nor was I asked. I will be pursuing compensation for this. Stick with United rentals.
