After my awful experience at Enterprise, I unfortunately didn't have a reservation and had to get a last minute rental from Thrifty. I showed up and the guy at the desk was professional and helpful and quick. Got their last rental and was out of there in under 10 minutes. Never doing enterprise again. Thrifty all the way.
