Very very very bad customer service, full disrespect and not professional behavior by sales, I picked a shoes and he was helping me to get the size that I need then he mentioned that he will bring the ladder to reach to the box and the disappeared more than 5 minutes later I found that he was helping another customer.I will share this review with all media

I cannot tell you how thrilled I was with the help of Emmy who in my opinion went above and beyond to assist me. Another staff who originally said they were out of stock of the one pair of shoes I wanted. While continuing to shop the clerk told me my alternate choice was also out of my size.While I continued to shop EMMY (another clerk) approached me and asked if I needed assistance. When I told her I was looking for a specific shoe and was told my size was not in stock, she said she'd check and went to an isle to look and brought back my size! The other clerk only looked at the end display!! I let her know the second pair of another style that was also out of stock too, which she was kind enough to call another store which the first clerk never suggested. Emmy had the other store put the pair on hold for me!! I know it's her job but honestly she made my day!! The other staff while friendly was either new or needed more training. THANK YOU EMMY!!

I visited the outlet mall location by the Edmonton airport, and was helped out by Lexx. Without a doubt probably the best customer service I have ever had in my life. She was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and gave me her opinion which was great because I came in for 1 pair and left with 2 then came in 3 days later and got 1 more. I have told everyone at work about her and told them when they go to look for her. Great job Lexx fabulous work keep it up!

Was elated with all the sales- Reg 60$ paid $20. Cleanest shoe store you will find. Emmy was great. They give you a nylon bag with your purchase
