The team at Peterborough Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond when cleaning a home I was getting ready to list (I’m a Realtor). There was an opportunity to go above and beyond in removing stains and cleaning stairs and they made the entire place look meticulous. When I questioned if an old carpet was worth cleaning, they assured me it was and wow! I was impressed! Highly recommended.

I used this company as I had serious pet stains on my living room carpet. They were professional and pleasant when I contacted them, and they responded quickly. My stains were pretty bad, so in addition to the original cleaning, the owner, Mike, came back in a couple of days and did another treatment, free of charge. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. They deserve the 5 star rating they have and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when it's time to do the other carpets in my house. Thanks Mike for everything you and your staff did for my carpet!

Couldn't be happier from start to finish. Couldn't have been more accommodated in booking with Heather. Then Mike and Quinton did a great job getting ugly stains out, high traffic areas refreshed and all of it looking like new. They didn't miss a beat in working around the fact that I had gone and okayed the immediate replacement of the hot water tank 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment. Thanks to the whole team at PCC. I couldn't recommend more highly

I’ve had rugs cleaned in my home, and also at the shop; furniture as well. On all occasions the cleaning went beyond my expectations. Communication is excellent; they provide service in a timely manner and at the appointed time. They are a well run family business that does a superb job!

We had our kitchen, bathroom and entry ceramic tile floors professionally cleaned and sealed. The process was well executed and our floors look brand new. Lots of care and extra work put into making sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

The two ladies who arrived at my apartment today to do my pet stained loveseat were extremely kind and professional. It was estimated to take around 2 hours, though only took one. Additionally, due to my building being fairly old and their machinery needing a lot of energy, a few fuses were blown but they were quick to offer to grab replacements and pay out of their own pockets for them. Extremely professional. I will absolutely use their services again.

It has been a pleasure dealing with this company. They were accommodating for scheduling and they also cleaned a couple of extra items that I had not booked while they were onsite. Laura and her assistant did a fabulous job. The reason for only 4 stars is that I have recently had carpets cleaned in a much larger home for half the cost so I feel they are a little pricey but I also believe you get what you pay for.
