No engagement from staff. Popeyes is a better store, staff are generally on the ball for explaining, ask you what you want and are right over to you when walk in. Should take a leaf out of their book.

I dont know who manages this store but there needs to be a change. 1.theres super loud dance music playing as if this was ambercrombie and fitch store. Cant have a conversation or hear myself think 2. Out of the 3 employees no one acknowledged me. 3. One of the employees was just wearing white undershirt wifebeater not even in inform. Like do you think you're in the gym? Youre not as big as you think you are. This store is just an example of how not to run a GNC. 0 customer service 0 respect for customers. Im upset because at any other GNC store i get a great experience. Theyre friendly and informative. Im just reminded why I shop at Popeyes instead.

Great place for protein powder

Usually buy my supliments/protien here, but lately seems to have no customer service, a lady staff with nose piercing (July 15 18.35) is more bz using the computer to shop for bed, while her phone is watching cartoon, no service anymore, walked in and out somany times this month everytime i go is the same, hope management look into this, bad bad bad not recommended better go buy your protien or supliment somewhere else

I swear the supps they sell at this place are more effective, I gained 10 pounds of lean muscle in a month on the creatine !
