My polite elderly Mom waited almost 4 months... and $500 later and one repairman visit and the dishwasher not working still, they wouldnt come and finish the job. They always had excuses why they weren't coming back to finish fixing it... part not in

Kevin was very professional and explained what was needed for the repair and what the next steps were. He had to take the unit apart but he put it all back together and left the room tidy. Thanks

This was the first time I've dealt with this company and I was very impressed. They provided prompt service and a pleasant repairman who left no trace that he had been there (Thanks Curtis!). A part had to be ordered but was installed within 2 days of notice of it being in; in all that took 3 weeks.I can't speak to fees as our stove is under warranty so I don't feel I can give them 5 stars. I'd definitely deal with them again though!

After a very stressful experience with my insurance company and a local repair shop over the holidays, it became much better when the insurance company contacted Trans Global Service.It was a great experience from the person I talked to on the phone to Kevin who came and fixed our washer. We had very prompt and excellent service from Kevin and the Trans Global Service company.

I would highly recommend Trans Global Services. From the customer service call to the repair was very quick. The service gentleman Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. My washing machine required a part and it was in within several days of the first call. I am very happy with this service. I wish all repair companies were as efficient and as easy to deal with. Kudos to your team.

TERRIBLE MAN CAME INTO MY HOUSE AND TOLD ME MY DOG SHOULD BE DEAD BECAUSE OF HIS BREED AND CONTINUED TO AGGRESSIVELY HIT MY DOG IGNORING ANYTHING I SAID TO HIM ABOUT MY DOG. SO DISRESPECTFUL. MY DOG IS A PUPPY AND NEVER HAS HURT ANYTHING AND NEVER WOULD WILL BE REPORTING IT TO THE POLICE AS THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. CANT BELEIVE SOMEONE CAME I TO MY HOME AND ABUSED MY DOG RIGHT IN FROMT OF ME.
