Gavin fixed what another guy in town charged me $300 to fix and never adjusted the part.....Gavin charged us for a simple service call and fixed it........highly recommend Gavin!!!!!

Due to a leak, I made an appointment for 7/24. Gavin showed up this morning unannounced two days early in a very beat up truck which tells me his business is very bad. He was abrupt and very rude. He proceeded to cut the pictured part out of my hot tub then told me there was no warranty on his work and that when I filled the tub after he left and there was a leak, he would charge me again to return to fix his shoddy work. His excuse your problem is you live in the country. If I'd know where you lived I would have charged you more." Since he had my address for a week and I explained I was 20 minutes from Rt95 in Sagle

EXCELLENT RATING!!!!The entire experience with Gavin and his work was top notch.He was prompt, professional, respectful, and very friendly.I sat and watched a good deal of the time he was here and was blown away at how knowledgeable and hard working he is..,.very efficient with his time. He really knows his stuff and explained how the chemicals work that I use to keep my spa maintained. Also, helped me with ideas on obtaining accessories/parts that need replacing.The charges were more than fair....quite a bit less than I thought it would be.Thank you Gavin for a job well done!!!!
