Sylvan Learning of Whitby
My boys have been going to Sylvan Learning location in Whitby once a week since the summer and we’ve seen solid improvements in writing and math. Sylvan provides them with the extra practice and instruction they need to build confidence in the basics. The staff are very friendly and my kids are always happy to go, which is a plus!

Sylvan Learning of Whitby
Sylvan has been excellent with both of our children, offering flexible programs and options. There has been a remarkable boost in confidence, as well as shown improvement and catch up in grade level abilities. Learning at Sylvan not only is structured in a fun and inspiring program, but it removes the tension at home, when you don't have to fight about reading or math anymore. Thank you Sylvan - it has been a great investment!

Sylvan Learning of Whitby
After meeting with several other facilities we decided to go with Sylvan Learning and we feel as though we made an excellent choice. When our son started he was behind in reading and language and showed very little confidence in himself as a learner and a class participant. He has been at Sylvan for 8 months and has shown tremendous improvement. He has built confidence and is approaching his reading level for grade two. His teachers at school have also commented on how far he has come as a student. We highly recommend this facility.

Our daughter has been going to Sylvan since October 2016 and we find that since she started she is more confident with her math and excited to do it now too! We are happy with her progress at Sylvan and will continue to see her improve in the areas that need improving. Thanks very much for helping our daughter develop the strategies she needs to be good in math!

Sylvan Learning of Whitby
Due to medical issues from birth our daughter has been struggling with learning and processing issues making school work challenging at times. We decided on Sylvan to assist her with homework and assignments, however what we received was far greater than we could have ever imagined. The Sylvan team has been so professional, caring and attentive to my daughters individual needs and have found the key to making learning enjoyable and successful for her.

Our twins have been going to Sylvan Learning in Whitby since the Summer. They have greatly improved their writing and math skills. Their teachers at school have even commented on the positive results! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating, they are also very knowledgeable in the latest teaching methods. My kids also enjoy going, so it’s a win win!

Our daughter has been attending Sylvan for almost two years. She enjoys going to work with the friendly and helpful staff. Both her reading and writing have improved greatly since she started. My son loves going to classes at Sylvan. They honestly make learning fun and interactive. They create a learning plan catered to your child specifically, that allows your child to grow and excel. Teachers are all great!
