Awesome place! Good for families with kids. Playground at the beach. You need to know how to ride a bike because some tents are far as 3km or more.

We went to the beach for the day. It was a nice beach on Lake Saint-Jean. There is also lifeguards on high season. You can rent bikes, kayak, canoe and paddle board at the service center.

Travelled here from Alberta. Was not sure what to expect, but saw it was a highly rated park. We arrived around noon, the weather was not good, so we didn’t spend time at the beach. Instead we rented bikes and took the 45km trip around the peninsula. WOW! This is a must-do activity! The bike rental costed about $35 for 4 hours, which is enough time to do the whole loop. The path is gravel, not a lot of elevation. There are washrooms along the way and lookout spots at the lake and beaver ponds. The bike ride was relaxing and lovely! Scenery was beautiful!

It was part of my Saint Jean lake tour, and I can say that it was the best part of my trip, it is a wildlife reserve and it is well maintained.Perfect for both, biking and hiking.

We passed through the park as part of the cycling around the lake. Cyclists are welcome to camp with minimal fees. The beach is very calm, not crowded and very clean. The gravel trail around the park is very nice and perfect for gravel biking. There is a ferry at the end that takes you to other side without having to do the big loop. There’s a shed there to protect you against the mosquitoes. We loved our stay here. Thanks to all the staff for such a good job at keeping the place in order.

Really liked this park! Bike rides are a bit flat, but the views and feel of this park is awesome. Theres alot of beaches and space to have your own spot! Very well organised place. Theres a little restaurant and you can have a good beer if you did not bring enough!

The first time we went was a Saturday, the parking lot was full and we couldn't get in driving, so we decided to come back another day. We went on Monday and could enter, do be aware that on weekends or gets full. Nice beach with toys for the kids play on the sand, playground, tables, bbq, sun lounges and sun shades. Bike rental and coffee shop on place. Nice trail along the lake, with beautiful views and access to small and cute beaches. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic and well maintained park. The beach sand was super soft and the water clean and warm. We camped at one of the no service sites 4km in but they provided free carts to connect to your bikes. The bike trail along the beach is beautiful and seemed endless! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
