i came in with long and natural nails, i simply asked for a refill of shellac and as she was removing my previous colour.. she kept on cutting my nails shorter and shorter every time. at a certain point they got cut down till my skin. now before this i asked for a trim, just a file and she cut my entire nail off. at the point where she had finished butchering my fingers, i just got up and left. they did not even have the audacity to apologize nor do anything to help me, all they did was as ignore what i asked for and ruin my nails.I LEFT the place with one hand cut to the skin and the other 1 inch over the skin. What a disgrace of a place, all in all worst place EVER. please NEVER GO THERE. Save your money and don’t give this nail salon any of it.

Had a pedicure with Lynn, great service friendly and actually takes her time to make you feel relaxed. Definitely reccomend

Not careful, would hurt me multiple times and even create sores ( see pictures) She had to use glue multiple times under the nail and would stick my fingers as well, had to use force to unstick the sides of my nails to my finger! Bad experience for the past 2 times! Not going back

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to, the ladies were rude and were arguing with me about how I wanted my nails done, she did not listen to me when I had told her my nails were uneven and did not look good to me. She rushed to finish the nail job and overall the worst nail job. While buffering my nails she scrubbed so hard my skin started to bleed, she cut off my cuticles. People are rude there and prices are very high considering the poor nail jobs they do. This was the first and last time I will ever go to this nail salon...I will also inform my family and friends about this place.

Dispite all the bad comments, I actually like this place. I also like the fact that they are ponctual whenever you have a appointment and the language barrier is not bad at all, they speak french and undestand me and that’s really important for me. Opening hours are also great and yeah... been twice here and everything went good for me so far love my nails and they don’t break easily like some other places. 4 stars because it’s not the best place ive been for a pedicure.

Wost service and experience ever. First and last time I come to this place. I called in advance to know the price for a UV Gel refill and the girl told me it was 30$. They charged me 40$ when they didn't specify that only French mani is actually 30$. Second of all, the girl rushed to finish my nails as quick as possible and my nails are all patchy; not even. I even asked her to fix only 2 nails and she refused to do so.

Been going here for many years and they always remember your name and your nails style and even the color # you love. Great place and recommend for everyone!

Best pedicure and acrylic fill ive ever had.So friendly and attention to detail. Highly recommend. Im from Montreal and wish they were closer so I can be a regular!!
