Very dirty and smelly place obviously cleaning is not their strongest side.You can feel the smell when you go inside the floors are dirty no refreshment

Original iced coffee is amazing. Loved the scrambled egg and chorizo bowl and my kids loved the variety of pastries. Much better than anything we have in the States!

WORDT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WORST STAFF EVER. I would say half of the staff is so arrogant specially in the morning like its there world and we owe them. They dont know how to talk, never greet, never smile and if u smile they never smile back and are very rude. I go there every morning mostly before work and my day is ruined as soon as i order and talk to one of there staff. Specially there are 2-3 people and If i ask them something after taking place an order they look and me and ignore. They definitely dont have good customer skills but they don't even have basic manners at all. Every tim hortons is same with same food but its the customer service that makes yours different and Im never going back to this one again.

bought a turkey sandwich at this location today, FORTUNATELY I decided to open the sandwich up before taking a bite…. AND THERE WAS MOLD ALL OVER THE TOMATOES. And they didn’t even cut the black STEM off the tomato’s either. Also had no sauce on it! Disgusting. And when I took it back for my money back she said that’s not our policy. She asked if come back tomorrow!? Um no? The only reason I went here is because I was in the area for an event.. terrible service to say the least. I’ve worked in fast food majority of my career and I would have given a cash refund and left a note for the manager of what happened.. my sandwich was MOLDY.

Great place except for the panhandler that's always there standing by the drive through window. He got angry when handed him a muffin instead of change.

Manager was yelling at baker while in view of customers. I understand the need to communicate with coworkers but it shouldn't be in the face of a customer at 8am, or any time of day for that matter.
