Very poor service in this branch. Not even checking why there's a deduction in my account. They should recruit qualified bank teller!!! Canada Trust is a good bank no doubt!!!!! Just the people working????

Nice clean TD branch. Unfortunately, their automated teller touchscreen is unresponsive and frustrating to use.

There was one day that I needed to withdraw money from a TD Bank...I have social anxiety, so I try to always avoid talking to employees and go for the ATM. I tried my closest TD ATM that I always went to, but their ATM system was down. So I went to the TD across the street from this one, but their ATM system was also unavailable. At this point, I thought all TD ATMs weren't working...But I was willing to try one more because third time's a charm, right? I had no idea that there was even a TD Bank here under the Brentwood Mall store because there was a TD Bank right across the street from here already. But wow, I went to try this ATM and they worked! I was so happy that I found a TD ATM that works after trying 2 different ones from 2 different TD Banks already. So I have to give 5 stars here.
