Went into buy a STIHL chainsaw for camping this weekend. The store was super clean and everyone was welcoming. The service was even better, the man that helped us was so kind and friendly, got us in and out quickly and was very knowledgeable! Thanks so much for the great service!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Cervus Equipment in Pincher Creek. I’m not usually one to write reviews but I’m incredibly impressed with the service I received, they certainly went above and beyond. Had a small mechanical issue with a lawn tractor we had purchased last year at a different John Deere dealer and needed to have it serviced, but was lacking the ability to transport it. They drove out to my home - 35 mins out - picked up the unit, fixed it the same day and drove it all the way back the next morning (running like a top) at no charge... and the work all included under warranty. Big thank you to the amazing service staff!We had looked at many alternate brands when looking at purchasing a lawn tractor and am incredibly happy we ended up choosing John Deere. I can just imagine the hassle should we have had with a different make!

I went to Cervus Equipment on a Friday, they had called to tell me a pert had arrived for my snowblower, they where Busy, but I let them know I was travelling from a small town just inside the BC border, and to be honest the roads were really bad, they told me not to worry they fix it for me today, I was out having some lunch and within the hour I had my snowblower back, I felt and still feel they went above and beyond for me and I’m very grateful, Cervus/John Deer might be known for big equipment, but they also do small equipment and toys for kids, their service is the same for all, And I quite frankly recommend them to anyone thank you

Have bought three tractors here which really says it all. But something else happened yesterday which is mention-worthy. A buddy of mine has an LS tractor (Newholland) purchased locally at a dealership. Upon suffering a compromised hydraulic line he went back to the dealership for a repair. They advised him that they did not have the parts to make the repair. This is a small 26 HP tractor mind you not a big one. Long story short... I called cervus from the other aforementioned dealerhip. They advised that they could make the repair... go figure... it is why I keep going back. Anyway, just sayinGord Pitt

I am very impressed with the service I recently received at the Pincher Creek Cervus dealer. I bought a JD 1025R TLB and they delivered the tractor to my place in south-east BC without charge. I was having trouble changing an implement on the tractor. Cervus sent out a tractor technician to my residence in south-east BC the next day! The JD tractor works great and I thank the team at Cervus.

Awesome customer service. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. They price matched Stihl sale pricing online, which was impressive!
