Great service, really friendly staff and great selection! I had my eye exam here and then picked out some new glasses. Very satisfied with both services. I had Aliya help me with choosing glasses and she was so lovely and helpful. I've come here several times for glasses and am always very happy.

My recent experience was fantastic!Although I was 'just looking' Aliya was willing to lake the time to show me around and point out where to find the particular style I wanted.After leaving, I later returned and browsed on my own.Then I brought the pair I wanted up to the counter, and before I had even finished asking for a ballpark" for my prescription

Big store with lots of space and selection to browse comfortably they carry every style of frame you can imagine and the people working there have excellent customer care, and service skills. Everyone in the store is really genuinely nice there was no issue when I rudely interrupted they’re buisness conversation to demand help. They kindly showed me what I was looking for even though I barged in straight off the street with no appointment like a savage I would definitely recommend this place if you want a great experience with picking your stylish glasses or sunglasses and if you want satisfaction walking out the door with confidence you made the right choice this is the place to go

This place was incredible!They did everything they could to help me, and they were very respectful!Even when I told them I had forgotten my Health Card, they tried their best to find it right on the spot, and they did eventually find it.The person helping us pick glasses also was very kind, he recommended what would fit best, but never said no to any that he wouldn’t recommend.Not to mention he gave me all the different selections of glasses and colours.I would not recommend any other place to get not only glasses, but your eyes looked over, I had such a great time!

The entire team here is amazing! My initial eye exam with the doctor and his assistant were handled with great care and attention, they made me feel very relaxed, they were extremely thorough and took their time with all measurements no rushing to get people in and out as fast as possible like a factory. They answered all my questions I had. Then the team up front were very caring and helpful and getting me setup with my glasses. I've been to a few places in the past and none of them come close to the team at this Lens Crafters, highly recommend!

I had a couple of pleasant visits recently at this LensCrafters location at Lime Ridge in Hamilton. They have a great selection on various brands & their Representatives are very helpful. What I liked the most about my recent couple of visits, was when I picked a pair of glasses I liked, they didn't just give me the pair that was on display, but gave me the option to have new ones ordered which was a nice touch. I was quoted a delivery time of two-weeks but received them in a couple of days--thanks Crystal! Also, on a return visit, Aman helped me with another pair of glasses. What I liked about him was he actually went the extra mile to check the condition of the lenses. He even caught a scratched lens which he brought to my attention & offered me an alternative. I've shopped previously at other eyeglasses shops where none of these steps/options were adhered to. Plus, the Optician that does the adjustments is first-class as well. It can get very busy in there, so it's best to come during non-peak times. Thanks to the LensCrafters Team!

I visited 2 other retailers that sell glasses and was not impressed with their customer service. I left both of them and then my sister recommended LensCrafter at Limeridge Mall. I was impressed with the service I received and the price I was given. I was impressed with the selection and price range. I also like that the price of the frames was listed on the glasses so I could look at styles in my price range.
