Greco Pizza

My order has been wrong from here more often than not. Most recently they had forgot the drinks and dips with the order(delivery). After calling to try and rectify this most recent order I was told they would not deliver the missing items without me paying a second delivery fee because I called the next day rather than immediately after I received it (it arrived about 8pm when it was ordered @6:30) & have it be a larger inconvenience, interrupting supper, as it wouldn’t have arrived before supper was done anyways. I still had food left over that the items could’ve been enjoyed with but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered garlic finger and 3 topping pizza. The garlic bread was chewy but the pizza was good.

Absolutely fantastic service!! After driving all day to end up at a hotel who has a restaurant that’s CLOSED and was not told that, decided to order Greco. The guy who answered the phone and took my order was super friendly and gave napkins, plated, cups and forks/knifes everything but a candle lolGreco is the best! Thank you!

Just order Greco’s, Torbay Rd after a long day of travelling across the province. To our horror, there was a long hair baked into the crust of the pizza. We called the restaurant to let them know and they asked us to bring back the pizza to get a new one. Who had the stomach for another one after this experience??The supervisor was extremely rude and argumentative on the phone so we brought the pizza back. When we arrived with the evidence, the supervisor acknowledged that the hair was baked in but told us that he’s only required to refund up to 75% if we didn’t want another pizza. He refused to give his name or the managers name. Then told us to get out or he was calling 911. Needless to say, Greco has lost a long time customer.

well where do i start and what do you say about ...people. nothi g to do with the store or greco this is a person employee issue the person or people they have answeri g the phones you realize these are your front line people first contact with the public...this one person / guy /man very rude wont allow me to speak to anyone else agrued with me about an item as i was looking at it online...lolunreal...it wasnt called for this person is very bad for your bussiness.and im a very regular customer that youve lost over this...because i do not expect anything to be done or even hear back from greco..being big corporations and all

Super fast and efficient! Order is always on time. The staff are great at keeping the madness on order! Great tasting pizza as well!

We don’t have Greco’s pizza in Ontario so whenever I’m in St. John’s it’s become a tradition to get it. The girl who took our order was friendly and helped us with the deals. The pizza was great, I love the donair pizza with the dipping sauce.

I ordered a couple of pizzas from the incorrect location (Torbay rd.) via the Greco app and called the store to try to get it sorted out. I was directed to contact Greco customer service and had the issue resolved in no time. Very respectable customer service! Love the pizza as well!
