Update:After my review, I got contacted by the Owner/Sales Manager to resolve the issues. I was optimistic until 4 weeks passed and no action/promise been taken. So my ZERO stars review still stand!I see all the good reviews here, I am not sure if all dealt with this company rep in Ottawa. Randy Carrol, is a scammer, every word that comes out of his mouth is a lie and deceiving. it was a nightmare dealing with this guy and his countertop installer Eric Mancini. 9 months and the kitchen still not done the right way. we contacted the sales rep ad the head office and did nothing about it. Stay away from these people.
