Rented a car for 2 days, everything worked flawlessly. Got almost new Outlander. The car was clean, everything worked like it should. Very satisfied with Gretchen’s assistance, rules and policies are very well explained. She’s an asset to the company. Service was 11 out of 10. Next time I'll need to rent a car, definitely will return to this comp[any at this location.

Sketchy. Trying to make me pay my deductible for a scratch that was not there when I returned the vehicle. This so called scratch looks like they did not clean the vehicle properly.Went to the Sargent location, rented a car, then returned it, and they did a walk around inspection. All was good until they washed the rental and now are blaming me for a scratch a few days later.

The guy I had to deal with when I was renting a car was rude and dismissive to me and my father. I will never come back to this location again. I wish I had his name, so I could report to the manager!!!! If there were 0 stars available I would do give this zero.

Terrible experience, before returning our rental, i did a walk around myself, as well as the employee who also did a walk around and checked to make sure the gas tank was full. I paid the insurance for the time we had it and was told i was good to go. The next day, my partner recieved a call we are being charged $600 for a scratch on the car that was NOT made by us. Very dissapointed and will nkt be reccomending this company to friends or family. SCAM
