Airline Limousine

Super impressed with this company - I had a cancelled flight and had this company pick me up and drop me off again the next morning at Toronto Pearson Airport. Both gentlemen who drove were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. They drove carefully, helped with baggage, double checked I was getting to the right terminal and flight, and were EARLY for my scheduled pickup / drop off times. Highly recommend for a professional and reliable airport transportation.

After a stressful day from multiple delays in our flight that eventually led to a canceled flight. The next morning we were picked up by Keshav. He was very friendly and helped ease the mood he played great music! I’ve never been in such a good mood for an early morning flight

Yesterday while being driven home from the airport after a vacation the driver of our limousine, car061, Mr. Brar, became aware that I had a problem with my own car. Mr Brar offered to help and did everything he could to help. Definitely going above and beyond excellent service. Thank you to Airline Limousine and Mr Brar.

Putting other cars in danger on the highway. No yield not sharing road. Feel very unsafe. Dangerous driving skills.

Great service booking through the airport limo website. The driver arrived 15 minutes early and had the car nice and clean. The Lexus SUV was extremely comfortable and driver was friendly. Will use the service again without hesitation.

A Limo license 062FLY allegedly driven by Hussain Singh hit a vehicle on Eglinton Avenue West where admittedly he took off after refusing to provide any personal information or Insurance details. The young victim took a photo of the limousine vehicle and called me after reviewing his vehicle damage after reaching his University destination. I managed to find the limousine company information from the photo provided and was referred to a dispatcher named Tom whom I persuaded after some argument to have driver call me. Tom claimed during our discussion the limousine company should be able to obtain video footage of the accident from their vehicle. Upon receiving a call from the limousine driver namely Hussain Singh at my request, Hussain doubled down on a story which he changed midway in our conversation. However he admitted his refusal to disclose personal information and Insurance information. We hope Hussain can now come to his senses “without fear” and apology and allow everyone to move on.Tom the dispatcher stated if the damage is minor and under $500 the police would not get involved. However it’s common courtesy to offer a nominal settlement or at least an apology.It is disappointing the limousine driver has decided double down on misrepresenting the facts. Drivers need to be accountable for accidents they cause as Incidental accidents do occur and under Ontario law driver information should be exchanged and the vehicles should move over to avoid any precarious situation or major traffic disruption. Moreover responsible drivers should work out settlements or claim Insurance if required. Refusal to provide information and driving off is not acceptable option.One wonders what type of character’s are being hired to drive airport limousine vehicles. Are proper background checks made and collision data collected? Moreover are passengers and others safe if the driver can not tell the truth or follow common sense protocols.

We had our flights cancelled at Toronto Pearsons Airport and we were given vouchers by our airline to get us to our hotel. Airline Limousine has brand new SUV's waiting for us in the taxi line. I've taken a lot of private limos through the years with my work and Airline Limousine has brand new SUV's and professional drivers. They have a fleet of over 150 vehicles. We needed to return back to the airport from our hotel and I called to reserve a driver. Our driver showed up 15 mins before our scheduled pick up. I would recommend this company to anyone travelling through Toronto.

The drive was fine and the vehicle was clean. However, the driver charged $10 on top of the limo fee because he said his vehicle was larger and other vehicles couldn't accommodate two (!) suitcases. Yet his vehicle was a standard size SUV. An expensive 22km ride, with barely basic help with the luggage.
