We were so happy and impressed with the work done by Heritage Hamilton Contracting. We had been hesitant to have our basement finished after hearing many horror stories from people about contractors who didn’t show up and jobs that took much longer and costed much more than estimated/expected. However, our experience with Kevin was great. He was friendly and polite and a pleasure to have working in our home for 6 weeks. He completed the job on time and at the quoted price point. He was punctual and reliable which was important to us. The walls and flooring he installed look great as do the doors, trim and the powder room he completed. Kevin was accommodating and he also had good suggestions on things we could do to improve the look of our finished basement. Highly recommend. Professional quality service…bonus is how clean my place was at the end of the day when I got home. Kevin was great…the floor (dinning room, hallway and living room) installed were perfect…still have yet to see a flaw and it’s been two years. Also had ceiling drywall fixed…looks new. And second floor deck and stairs completely redone…he added some extra touches I didn’t think of which really made it look awesome.

Kevin is a complete professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows in the end result. With focus on detail, his skill, and great craftsmanship, our basement walls look great nearly 10 years after installation.
