London Nails

I got a pedicure done tonight at London Nails. I felt very rushed and my nails weren’t dry. My big toe smudged and I don’t necessarily have time to go back to get it fixed. What was meant to be a relaxing treat made me feel less relaxed.

Worst pedicure ive ever had . Still dry skin visible on my feet . Very rushed

Took my daughter for a manicure with a design.I knew it was going to cost more than the regular, so I took the picture so they could see it, I asked 3 times for the price to make sure. They told me $50.At the end, all of the sudden, the lady who was doing the manicure grabbed her jacket and left without telling my daughter anything. We didn't know what was happening until 10 minutes later I asked and nobody knew anything. It was very unprofessional.Another lady came probably 15 minutes after, and told us she was probably done. The manicure was ok but not as expected. Then at the time to pay she said $65+ tax. I told her that the lady that was doing it said $50. And I asked her 3x.She said because of the design was $65. So i even told her to phone the lady that did it to ask. Her response was, she went home and price is $65. I was so upset because i had to be somewhere, we had waisted all the time sitting without knowing a thing and then the price changed???? It was ridiculous!!I wished I could just have left, because they were ripping me off, but I am not that kind of person. So I ended up paying almost $70 (because of the tax) .I won't recommend the place at all to anyone. I was very disappointed mostly for lying and altering the prices. Very dishonest!

The staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful with our questions. The pedicures we went in for were very relaxing. The ladies who provided the service took their time and made us feel pampered. The massage chairs were a great addition to the experience. Will absolutely return!

I went there at May 6, I asked to do manicure and pedicure the lady who did my pedicure was fine but the different one did manicure rushed me and didn’t do properly it wasn’t dry well with old dryer. It didn’t last two days because they have other customers. So disappointedPayed $87 for nothing.

I am very picky about nail salons they do a very good job are super personable and are such a good price. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going since February and I love my nails every time they are absolutely beautiful and the ladies are great ! I highly recommend them
