TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This branch is almost always SLOW. Too many tellers loitering behind the counter with no obvious reason, while too many customers wait in line. Update: I added one star because Jay from TD responded within a couple of hours. Will be glad to add more stars when I notice the actual improvement in this branch that I visit quite often.

This is the WORST TD bank branch! It's full of inexperienced workers who don't listen and are downright disrespectful! A lot of people are walking around not working or are too inept to deal with clients. Prepare to ask 3 times for something super basic only for them to do the wrong thing or tell you to book an appointment like a week later at an inconvenient time that works for THEM not you, because nobody seems to work there. Everyone here has such a bad attitude - find a new job if you hate this one so much, or pull yourself together. The one guy who looks like a fish has been especially bad on multiple occasions.You do realize people put their money in your bank? Ever thought of treating people decently? Stay far away from this branch.

I have been using this bank as my branch just because it’s close to my house, but very cautiously due to the low review.After 2 years I concluded that the reviews are mostly unfair. Yes you gotta wait in long lines often but people are so friendly and helpful and dedicated that you don’t feel it.I’m standing beside them just because of my 2-year experience...

I have always been treated with respect and professionalism at this branch until I had to deal with the manager. I was not only treated disrespectfully as the POA for a family member, I question her tactics to assess the mental capabilities of our cousin(of which she had no right to do) who's monies she was to release to me as her POA. I have dealt with TD for several years on behalf of this relative, had my profile and business background on file, and yet was absolutely appalled by her approach. This woman should not be managing people let alone a bank branch. I am taking this to head office.

Would give zero if I could.28 minutes waiting time to be served by a teller and this wasn't the first time this happened. This is despite having double digits stations for tellers;but, half were empty.The supervisor" wasn't very friendly once this was brought up and made excuses for lack of tellers available to take care of customers. He was patronizing and tried to change the subject by telling me that they are "looking" to hire for this position and that this branch is in a mall

Extremely slow branch. Line moves at a snails pace anytime I go, day or evening. Staff always question normal transactions and “over-do” due diligence. I was told it was due to past experience they had and don’t want to risk their jobs. This should not negatively impact customers trying to access their own funds.

I just went to close my account. Other branches are very rude and act as if they are doing you a favour. This branch seems ok, but I won't have anything yo do with TD Canada Trust banks anymore.

Young and unexperienced stuff. I walked into the branch with a certified check deposit to my business account. After having my accounts for 25 years.kennith fung Insisted to hold the certified check For five business days even though I don’t have a hold on my account and didn’t even bother to come over and explain why. Never again

Every time I think have found worst TD branch I visit a worse one. You can see in their eyes how they enjoy when make you angry. Now I believe problem is not branches. It’s TD itself. They’re trained to hold checks for a week for no reason. Really no reason. They make big benefit out of millions of dollars they hold from your own fund every day and don’t care how much trouble they make to you.

Terrible service!!! Main manager is very lazy and useless!
