I had a pretty wonderful experience with Dr. Weisberg and her team and knew I was in the right place after first meeting with her. I just felt at home" in her clinic as the staff were so welcoming

I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and disgusting manner in which she treated me. Late to procedures, lied about the quality of the embryos implanted causing a miscarriage and unnecessary aggravation. Kept a low quality embryo despite 100% of other doctors would not and never suggest to use and never told us how bad the embryo was. I found a new clinic with honest doctors who told me. Right after the miscarriage suggested to get started right away with the low quality embryo without even thinking of the risks to my health. She didn't even know my name, I realized this after we got pregnant and she didn't know to even say congratulations, she didn't know who I was, and I was her so called patient for two years.Believe all the negative reviews, they are all true

Dr. Weisberg is such a wonderful doctor, her and her team made me feel so comfortable during my visits and answered all of my questions and concerns with sensitivity and valuable information. I got pregnant on my first FET cycle and am so happy to be expecting our little girl in December. These guys work wonders. They are truly an amazing team of people from the receptionists to the nurses and of course Dr Weisberg herself. I couldn't be happier with my experience and recommend her to anyone who is experiencing infertility and looking for the best care in town!I'll miss you all and will see you again in a few years ❤❤

Amazing office.Dr weisberg is attentive and always thinking outside the box. She found solutions to situations no one else could figure out!I'd recommend her to anyone in need of a fertility clinic.

If you’re looking for a clinic that feels like a family and really cares about you, as well as your results, this is the place.I was with dr Weisberg at first steps fertility for around 2 years. I had unexplained recurring pregnancy loss, and now have a beautiful 3 month old baby.The care I received at first steps fertility is BEYOND incredible. I really felt cared for by the nurses and by the doctor.Anyone who goes through fertility struggles knows that there are lots of ups and downs, so I feel like it’s important to have a team that wants to be there for their patients during the losses just as much as they celebrate the wins.I have experience with two other well known clinics - both good experiences, but I was just a number. I’ll forever be grateful for the professionalism, individual attention, and attention to detail I experienced that led to my fertility success.

Words could never begin to express the gratitude and love that my husband and I have for this clinic, and especially Dr. Weisberg. We spent years at the clinic trying to conceive. We had many unsuccessful cycles as well as many miscarriages. Through it all Dr. Weisberg stood by us, supported us, helped us make the tough decisions and at all times made me feel like I was in the best hands ever! Not only would she spend time with me during my appointments to make sure I understood and was ok with everything, but also phoned me many times to check in, came in on her days off to perform procedures on me (knowing I was ONLY comfortable with her), held my hand through my early pregnancy ultrasounds and comforted me while I cried. It is because of her that I now have FOUR perfect and healthy children. Dr. Weisberg will forever hold a special place in my heart!

Visited this clinic for over almost a year and got pregnant. Dr. Weisberg is dedicated to helping her clients. The nurses Zoya and Sascha Lee are super nice! I've visited another clinic before this one and can speak from experience that they truly care about your fertility journey here. Highly recommend.

I wish I don’t have to give a star but this is for the nurses. Please don’t go to this clinic, don’t waste your money, I can tell you no doctor exist there.I was with this clinic for 2 years but a complete waste of time and money. Dr. Fay Weisberg is in a rush to collect your money but quick to discard you.This is one of those doctors that take advantage of people, she’s never in the clinic, acts like she’s doing a favour, doesn’t listen, doesn’t provide answers and can be veryyy rude.If you ever get an opportunity to speak with her, you are a new patient to her, not sure if she keeps records of diagnosis, medical history or medication.Please run especially IVF patients, please don’t let this doctor take advantage of you.

Zohreh was a great nurse and helped me with all my questions and follow-ups. But Dr.Fay was very busy, she did not like to explain or follow-up. She was out of the clinic most of the times. And from the first date she proposed IVF!! and also was very eager to use injections even not necessary! The clinic loves your BLOOD! my arms were going to have deep holes and swallow because of many blood tests that I had in EVERY Single MONTH! I even fainted one morning in the Blood test room! Cycle monitoring was terrible and time-consuming because they need your blood sample too much!! and they charge you for this un-necessary test each month, so you may guess it is just for Money. Other clinics are not like this.

I would give this clinic -5 stars if possible....I was forced to give this clinic a 1 star in order to post HOWEVER this IS NOT a 1 star clinic. This is a negative stars clinic.Please avoid this clinic. Ladies if you are struggling to get pregnant I know it is already a sensitive time for you. A time where you need good and compassionate professionals around you to help you in your journey towards pregnancy.I can tell you that if you seek treatment in this clinic you will incur undue stress, be disrespected and even harassed which is not good for your pregnancy journey.My first encounter was with the Steps Fertility receptionist named Rhonda, who was probably the meanest person I have ever spoken to in my life. From the first day I spoke to her and onwards, this women seems to be having a perpetually bad day and is thus bitter and horrible towards others. She will not treat you with any dignity. She basically barks instructions rapidly, in long run-on sentences. If you try to kindly get a sentence in, she will dismissively and disinterestedly bark that she's not there to answer any questions but to inform you of something pertaining to your treatment. I use the term bark" because it was almost as if she would be yelling if she could.Even though I got bad vibes from my first interaction with this clinic as a result of speaking to the completely unprofessional and rude receptionist. I still decided to give the clinic a try which was a waste of precious time.I would just like to warn others in hopes that you and your partner won't have to go through what my partner and I went through at Steps Fertility.Steps Fertility is not a place where dignity and the value of every individual is respected. Save yourself the additional stress and heartache and find another clinic. It's okay if staff are busy
