This place is great if your goal is to hone your ability to detect who will buy lottery tickets. I can't say it's a useful skill, but guaranteed you will learn it from here.Smells like smoke from a distance? Assume ticket.Greasy unwashed hair? Ticket.Elderly? Ticket.Welfare-cheque eligible? You know they gunsta get their tickets.Prices are good here, and staff is friendly. I'd give 5 stars if I wasn't always STUCK BEHIND PEOPLE BUYING TICKETS.

Had to run in and grab coffee cream for breakfast on Christmas. She mad a big deal that all I had was a $50 and told me she shouldn't be forced to take them. I tried to lighten the mood and on my way out I yelled merry Christmas and she glared at me and yelled bah humbug. go to a different store next time.

Ive visited many Short Stops, and unfortunately the location near to my home is terrible. Cashiers are very rude. Ive had troubles with pricing thats listed being different then whats in the system". Anytime an issue arises staff has no professional skills in customer service
