The old staff at the front used to be so nice and friendly, that’s why we would always come back. Today I was served by new staff, who seemed somewhat annoyed that she had to take my order. I brushed everything off at this point, I know how it is working in food industry, people have bad days, or just want to get through the day, whatever. But then in the middle of my meal I found a full fly dead in my salad. I went up to them apologizing for the trouble of them remaking it, and I didn’t even get an apology or really anything. The girl I went to seemed a little annoyed, then the girl who brought the new salad to the table seemed really annoyed, didn’t even talk to us, or smile, or even reply when we said “thank you!”. Normally I am very understanding when it comes to workers when they do small mess ups but this is kind of ridiculous.

Service is lacking a little bit but food is good. I went on a weekday around 2 PM when there were not many people. They’re only two staff working at the front and one of them was taking a call, so I waited for a bit. Food came fast and it was delicious. I love their signature drinks and they always does a latte art which makes a very appetizing. All day breakfast is great and we love the side salads as well. They have a small dine in area was 10 small tables. There’s also a patio in the summer facing the parking lot. Follow me for more food adventures on Instagram at @maggielicious.to

I am there quite often but today the music was so loud my friend and I couldn’t hear each talk. Other customers were talking very loud to talk over the music. I will not be back unless the music volume is lowered to an acceptable level. I don’t need a headache due to high music volume.

Always been a fan of Aroma offerings. I especially like this location not only for the friendly and courteous staff but especially the patio. It is always kept clean and I can not think of a better place to beat the heat and enjoy an iced coffee with friends.What is also nice is that they are available on UberEats and Skipthedishes. So on those lazy or cold days you still get access to great food and drinks.Keep up the great work Aroma Markville.

This place is not cheap but recently ordered their chicken quinoa bowl and it was delicious. I am not a big fan of salads but this was a warm dish and the kale was also warm and not super hard like the usual salad. I paired it with a nice apple cider and was delightful! Highly recommend if u r looking for smth healthy and yummy

I really love their latte art. Especially wanna compliment a staff called Anne. She is very nice and polite and she can do nice latte art.The one in the first picture made by her.The second one i like it so much too, forgot the staff name.But the one in the third picture(july10,4pm ) is a bit disappoint me, the girl Aeris(not sure if i spell wrong), she just pour the milk in it so random and without the latte art. I guess she doesn’t knowI come to this coffee shop almost everyday. A cup of latte with nice art on it made my day.But the cup of latte that i got today made me a bit upset.

I'd prefer to buy my coffee here than Starbucks if the weather is nice as they have a patio. I ordered a large latte and a slice of carrot cake. The latte was good and was served in a real coffee cup rather than a paper cup.

I always love the holiday lattes anywhere, so I tried this Hazelnut Mocha. It did not disappoint. Service was good and price is well, what a latte costs anywhere, a bit pricey.
