Very great experience! I would like to visit again n again to see weather point on mountain ! Love to read the history behind it. Weather point looks too far but when I keep walking and enjoying the view of mountains I couldn’t feel I walked so far so easily! Best time of my life I can say !

Beautiful experience, was very busy , had to stand in line for 20 -30 minutes both ways. Do book your time slots in advance even though you have booked the ticket already as they don’t have the spots for walk ins. Very beautiful trail up to the sulphur mountain. Takes about 40 minutes to go up and come down. There are 3 restaurants at top with great menu.

Without visiting Banff Gondola, the trip is Banff is not complete. Adventurous and safe Gondola ride. Mesmerizing views of the mountains and one can feel the beauty of nature. Must visit. Although the ticket is expensive but it’s worth it.

It was phenomenal! Very busy but efficient. The building on top has 2 restaurants a coffee shop and a gift store as well as a fantastical view from the roof! The watch tower boardwalk path to the top of Sulphur mountain wasn't too hard but there were alot of stairs.

Great experience! We got first tickets of the morning and glad we did, the parking lot was half full when we arrived at 9:50am. (It was a Saturday and Easter weekend, so notably busy). The staff were kind and it was easy to find the spot. There is a Starbucks in the lower gondola area, I would have come earlier and grabbed a coffee there for waiting in the line! We got in the line right about 10:00 and boarded a gondola around 10:15. The ride up was smooth but you definitely go higher than I anticipated, not for people scared of heights! Once at the top our toddler had lots to do running around the explorer center and when the sun came out we took a walk on the boardwalk which had the most incredible views. We had lunch at Sky View restaurant which was pricey but really great service and pretty good food. The views were the best part! The ride down was smooth as well. Overall I highly recommend as a half-day attraction for anyone visiting Banff!

So worth going on this Gondola ride. Allow two hours at least to really enjoy the experience. The view from the top is 360 stunner. There are also walking trails, cafe theatre and gift shop. Take a picnic as there are benches too. Fingers crossed for sun and clear skies. The boardwalk is chance to reach for the sky and get different views.

As a wheelchair user, visiting the Gondola was easy. There was accessible parking, accessible washrooms, and I didn't have any worries throughout. I was extremely impressed with how quick and efficient the staff were with getting the ramp out for me. Everything was accessible and that made my entire experience smooth. I felt I was able to enjoy everything like everyone else, which was perfect!The only thing that wasn't wheelchair accessible was the summit boardwalk, theatre, and washroom didn't have an automatic door opener which made getting in a bit tricky.Overall, highly recommend!
