Firstly i would like to thank John, Dana and the team for their efforts. This would be a 5 star review except we did have one glitch which is not worth mentioning in this review. Something basically did have to be corrected. Otherwise this would be a 5 star rating because we are very pleased with the results achieved and John's professionalism. As seen in the photos we are still adding some finishing touches but we are happy with our door and the 3 windows installed on our main floor. We would and will recommend Wellington Windows and Doors as a great company to work with to neighbors, friends and family.

From our first conversation, I could tell that this company was trustworthy. Usually when we called other companies for quotes, we got a detailed sales pitch and high-pressure techniques to get us to agree to something as quickly as possible. Wellington Windows wasn’t like that. They gave us the information we wanted, and weren’t pushy. They answered our questions, but didn’t try to upsell us. They really listened to what we were looking for and guided us rather than trying to sell to us. That was much appreciated. When it came time for installation, Amnon and the team were very professional, helpful, and polite. Everything went smoothly, our new doors look great, and we’re very happy with the service we received.

What I really liked about Wellington Windows is that they were polite and respectful. We had a couple other companies come in to give us quotes and these other companies were very pushy and aggressive. They used high-pressure tactics that I didn’t like. One company made us feel so uncomfortable that we just wanted them out of our home! On the other hand, Mark at Wellington Windows gave us all the information we needed about the project, answered our questions, and then let us have time to decide if we wanted to proceed. It was refreshing to work with someone who was so helpful and honest. That’s why we chose them to do our windows and we’re glad we did. They did a great job!

We’re very pleased with the new windows that Stan and his team installed in our home. Not only do they look great, but the whole process was so easy. They helped us select the windows (taking into account our budget, the style of our house and our preferences), showed up on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the site afterward. They really transformed the look of our house. It looks so much nicer with new windows and it’s more comfortable too. Thank you!

Wellington Windows and Doors did a fantastic job with our new patio sliding door and window. We replaced a large window with a sliding patio door and couldn't be happier with the result. The price was reasonable and the end result was outstanding.We dealt directly with the owner John and his customer service was above and beyond. His installers are great guys and meticulous. I would not hesitate to refer Wellington Windows and Doors to anyone that is looking for new windows/doors. Thanks for doing such a great job!

I was very happy with how helpful and professional the team at Wellington Windows was. They gave us an honest quote, set up a firm timeframe for the service, and did great work on the installation. Everyone at the company was kind and helpful and they left our house looking great. We love the look of the windows and our house is so quieter and more comfortable than it was with the old ones. I highly recommend Wellington Windows.

Wellington Windows and Doors
Just replaced our 150 year old windows, in our 1870 century home with Wellington.Incredible experience, every Wellington employee was really great. They made the whole process easy, they were super helpful and just as excited as us to see the transformation.The level of professionalism, haste and quality of workmanship was outstanding. I had lots of questions and they had all the answers and seemed happy to give them.Our up stairs used to feel and smell like a sauna. Now it’s cool and comfortable. Doesn’t look or feel like the same house anymore.Can’t wait to have them back to do the front door once we replace the porch.
