My experience with Martin has been great. I never had any issues when dealing with him. However, the only reason I am giving it a 4 is that I had 2 other lawyers from the firm who I fully expressed that I never wanted to deal with again. Martin listened to my concerns and life went on without them. My settlement was smooth in the end. The only thing I would recommend is that they explained to people who aren't familiar with insurance claims the entire process from the beginning to the end.

My experience with this firm was beyond unprofessional, and several lawyers in that firm gave me shoddy service. I was kept in the dark, interviewed by a drunken associate, and turned my claim into a ridiculously long, drawn out frustrating experience. Do yourself a favour, and find a more capable lawyer.

Chris, who handled my case was very nice and very attentive to my situation. He kept me in check with things and also always there to answer all my concern. When it comes to settling I didn’t have any problems at all, he handled all the legal action that needed to be address and I settled with no stress.
