RBC Royal Bank

Today I visited the bank to report a issue about my online account. Branch manager is not very helpful. I’m going to switch to some other bank.

Consistently the worst service I have ever experienced. Most of the tellers move at a glacial pace, they are rude, unprofessional , the most basic task that could be performed by a monkey takes forever and they are all far too casual for a bank setting . Almost every time I am waiting in line for 15 min or more . From the moment I enter to the moment I leave I feel frustrated. There is only one teller that seems to have knowledge and professionalism which is Janet . The rest need training and perhaps better management .

Zero star if possible this is my bank for all time. Trying to stamp a paper to give it back to a rental office. This is the second branch, first branch (king&university) saying no we can’t stamp this paper NO manager available until next week. Coming on !!!!! I’m banking with you guys who should stamp that paper then. So sad so sad time to switch to another bank

I have been waiting for word about whether my application for a line of credit is successful or unsuccessful for weeks. Since May! It is now June 19th. I need a response. Until I get a response, this review remains at one star. Please do not delay. Loans and credit are important to people. We base our entire lives on these decisions. Imagine waiting 3 weeks to buy a car, or to buy a house. It's unacceptable. The branch employees do not reply to emails at all.

Would not allow me to access my account because my ID is expired I showed them my account on my phone told them whay happened and they still refused me i will never come back here again. Worst customer service I have ever had suggest avoiding this branch

Terrible service, They are very Unknowledgeable They don’t know what they doing I will cancel my all business personal account from my full family. So terrible

Worst experience from Christine or whatever her name is! The Manager was right behind watching everything and supported the tellers decision. I entered the branch at 7.42 pm with 2 pieces of ID health card and Drivers license. She could have stopped me and said come back tomorrow as i told her il be there 5 mins. The teller told me health card is not a primary ID so I rushed home and came back with 2 primary ID'S entered the branch at 7.52PM. The teller now tells me I am close to 8PM so she cannot assist me since the security department closes at 8. She had 8 mins to atleast enter the que and hold her place in the security department helpline que by the time she could have completed other stuff but she decided to say no without even trying. She saw me go back home and come back with ID's and she was lazy enough to just say NO . The manager was sitting right begind and was repeating the tellers words. Finally i had to tell them to enter the security service que and wait as thats how call centers work if calls are in waiting the rep has to attend and take the call. She said she will call me back tomorrow. If i would not have asked to fo all this she would have just said NO and wanted me to leave.All im saying is she did not have any intentions to serve me as i entered closer to 8pm. Customer service missing by a customer service representative.I dont think this review would help as there are so many reviews already present and management is not taking action. Lazy and rude staff putting RBC brand's reputation in drain.I hope she calls me back tomorrow. I wont be surprised if she doesnt.
