Joelle is so kind and warm. I find I can tell her absolutely anything and she is unjudgemental and loving. She is also a skilled therapist with extensive training, comfortable with difficult emotions, who cares deeply about her clients.

Incredibly disappointing.This was my first experience with a counsellor and I am shocked at how ill equipped and unprofessional Joelle was. Her approach was very one dimensional and when we ran into road blocks she did not have the skills to change her strategy, rather she exhibited frustration with me.I ended our call abruptly halfway through our third session when she raised her voice and talked over me for the second time in that session.There was no follow-up other than the full invoice for our session that only lasted 25 minutes. I would expect better customer relations from any business, but especially from a counsellor.So in the end I spent nearly $500 on absolutely nothing. Since then I have found far better resources online for a much cheaper rate.

I have witnessed Joelle's deep commitment to her clients. She cares about peoples needs and will work hard to achieve their goals. Joelle is also a bright and 'out of the box' thinker which makes her skill set so unique—a blend of somatic awareness, intelligence and heart.
