Actually had a great dine in experience (unsure why the negative reviews). The service was really quick - they had my order ready before I even sat down!No one who was in the line had to wait for than 3 minutes for their order.

Drive thru is quick. Parking is awkward but there's plenty of it. Big dining room in two sections. If it seems busy there is a Tim's in the Esso next door.

This location is disappointment always do mistakes but now I decided to put my review this time . I ask for sesame seed bagel with heartburn garlic cream cheese at tomato and hash brown inside and other stuff and see in the picture what i got not the creams inside, I don't if charge me or not I don't have the receipt, which is iam not looking for money, i want my order because I got from my home all the way to there to enjoy my breakfast I didn't want back because just waste time and be in the line. My recommended check your order before you leave.

Not even kidding when I say that every single time I go to the drive-thru, they get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've given this Tim Hortons countless chances and each time I go, my order is wrong. The last time I went, I ordered a peppermint tea and the lady repeated my order on the speaker and it was correct. I get to the window and what do they hand me? Green tea. I highly recommend everyone who comes here to check your order before driving off, unfortunately I didn't because I was heading to work.

I’ve been coming to this tim Hortons for over 14 years. I work at the nofrills in the same plaza. In general, their customer service isn’t the greatest but what i experienced this morning left me in shock, so much so to the point I had to go back and say something. 7:00 am Ordered my coffee, got to the window and was greeted with “$2.47 how you going to pay?” And she then proceeded to get the debit machine and I told her I wanted to scan for points. Then then gets the scanner to scan my points. This is where I really got upset. My coffee comes and she has it in her hand ready to give it to me out the drive-thru window. She calls out to her other colleague “next order” passes me my coffee not even looking at me. So I’m looking at her side arm kind of her back too, she is completely turned anyway and says “HERE”. I was in complete shock. I went back into the drive-thru and I told her what she did and she told me it was because I was on my phone. That is a complete lie. I was only on my phone when I first pulled up to get it for points and to pay. That upset me even more and then she apologized. Please train your staff, maybe a good morning, or thank you. This was so incredibly rude!!!

Worst staff ever. Kamalpreet at the drive through is so rude and doesn’t know what she is doing. Why do you even employ people like her. She behaved like she is giving food for free. Management needs to take serious action in training their staff on how to deal with customers.

We went to this location and ordered ice caps. The cashier was so rude and was acting like I am asking for free. Moreover, the way she hand back the change and gave the drinks was so so rude. Being at front of the house, this behaviour is unacceptable. If you don’t like your job then quit, don’t make others feel bad. Strict actions must be taken and train the staff properly. Thanks.

This store likes to PLAY GAMES AND PLAY TRICKS. When advancing to the drive-thru window they will Stick their hand out and stop you ahead of the timer and make you wait there until your order is ready. This allows them to take their time and be slow making your order. And then they will wave to you to move forward when it's ready. This tricks the timer into showing that they served you fast but in actuality they did not. Absolutely unethical practice this should not be tolerated and management should be fired for allowing this to happen.

Worst service given. I don’t know the name exactly may be she was (ashleen or jasleen) i don’t remember it. I asked her to warm the donut a little bit. She made it burning hot with whole chocolate melted out. Even the wrap paper in which it was, also leaking out the chocolate. Bro, you are working in a place where you need to be patient and give satisfaction to the costumer. Because we are spending to get required taste. One more thing, please know the difference between HOT AND WARM.
