they follow the delivery instructions very well as we asked them to leave the package and do not ring the bell. The guy patiently waited over there and called us to get the parcel.

DeliveryForce does not answer the phone. I have left 3 messages on the answering machine and no call back. I have driven to the location 4-5x and never anybody in the building to help.

First time: Didn't show up and claimed the property didn't exist.. Second Time: Didn't honor the time guarntee and delivered an overnight package 3 days late. Third Time: the package had been opened AND everything inside it had also been opened. Fourth Time: left the package outside in the rain on the ground.... Now basically I have started begging companies I have to order from not to use FedEx OR if a company only uses Fedex I have started buying from a different company, even at a higher cost if necessary, just because of how FedEx is using DeliveryForce and it's because I know that I won't get the shipping service I've paid for if it ends up in their hands.

I changed my former 5-star review to only 1 star. You have a DHL package for me on your delivery vehicle since Tuesday, and today is Friday. Your office in Yorkton is not even 10 minutes away from where my business is located.

Terrible service. The delivery drivers never follow delivery instructions. They have no care at all for the customer.

Do not trust this company. They picked up a package I was shipping, did not scan it, and it has mysteriously disappeared. Customer service is severely lacking as it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. You would be better off throwing your money in the street then dealing with these clowns.
