I ordered 20 timbits and i got this. This is hilarious and making mad at the same time. Excuse me?? I asked for all sorted lol. U deserve less than one star!

The workers here do not put lids on correctly which has resulted in tea spilling all over me in the drive through, they give us incorrect orders daily, and they do not listen when you are ordering and make you repeat yourself numerous times.When you speak with the managers on duty and express your concerns they laugh and do not take anything seriously.When you ask for their managers information to express your concerns they give a false email so you cannot notify them.As someone whom comes from a background in managing a restaurant, this behaviour would never be permitted nor acceptable. I am very concerned with the training they are providing the workers and the work ethics that they allow in this location. I will be escalating this to head office and leaving a review on better business bureau

i think 98% of the employees always just rushing to get customers out the door, no care for the quality of food or service. bacon was literally raw on my sandwich not just on 1 occasion, but 2.

My partner is a student at the nearby school and she gets a coffee almost every morning. On several occassions someone working at the drive-thru tries to claim they can't make her a decaf coffee and that they've never carried decaf coffee in the store. The day before she's ordered it with no such comments and is very confused as to what's actually happening with her drink. She has health issues and tries to avoid caffeine consumption as it can cause a flare of symptoms or interact with medication. I've worked in the same industry and I understand supply issues or machine breakdowns, but this feels manipulative. I can only assume they simply do not want to make the decaf coffee for her as I've seen this kind of behavior at places I've worked in the past. Whatever the true story is, it's really unfair to my partner because she doesn't know if she can trust what it is that they've handed her.

Last 2 times I've been there the average wait for my order just over 18 minutes . The second order I ended up walking out without it completely filled in disgust. No wonder Tim's ratings are doing poorly

One of the worst Tim's for food. They rarely have Chocolate Milk. And too many times have butchered my bagels. Not toasting it or not cutting it in half.The only positive is the coffee is good and the Window Staff at the Drive through are very pleasant.If there was another Tim's on Annacis I'd take my business there.

On June 3rd at 7:43 pm, I placed an online order for pick-up at this store using the Tim Hortons app. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have enough cheese for my grilled cheese and Turkey melt. They advised me to cancel the order, but the staff member said I could only do so through the app. I ended up requesting a refund through the app, but the support agent informed me that I had to go back to the store in person to get a refund from the manager. It's been three days, and I'm still frustrated and clueless about how to get my money back. This has been an extremely disappointing shopping experience here.

Very clean and friendly staffs. Plenty of room to dine in. Convenient for trucker. The side road is convenient to park just to buy not for camping. End of the road make a U turn and be out on your way..

Answering dinner google questions: Tim Hortons food is not horrible or bad... But for the price paid, I expected larger portions and better taste. Counter service is unexplainably slow most of the time (drive through is their priority). Atmosphere: dining/seating area could be cleaned more frequently and atmosphere is like a truck stop gas station. I suggest not using the washrooms. They aren't filthy, but washing my hands at their restroom (shared with Wendy's) is not my first choice (why is everything always wet?).
