This factory is a very mismanaged facility. They hype you up as to what great future you could have but they allow harrassment and bullying. You can't learn because of all the childish employees that are too busy gossiping. They cant make the parts they have been trying to do for 3 yrs now. The wages are awful the hours are awful. Dont waste your time applying you get better advancement opportunities at McDonalds.

We have a saying “ Don’t judge a book by it’s cover”... it’s totally opposite here!! It’s a new company and looks very nice from outside, but it’s empty and VERY disorganized inside. I think HR manager should be replaced with someone who has better people skills and has more experience in manufacturing setting.
