Gong Cha and Karaoke
Ordered two milk teas with less ice. I saw the person making the drinks fill the cup with ice and I repeated to him that I wanted less, to which he replied, 'yup!'I asked him why is it still full of ice but he proceeded to make the drink with a full cup of ice. Very rude customer service and not truthful for their products. Not worth the bubble tea. Gong cha in stonebridge is much better.

Service is great! Helpful staff especially in figuring out which drink to try out. Lots of variety but my favourite is the wintermelon with basil seeds plus pearl. Clean place. Karaoke rooms look nice, modern decor but didn't try out. Open late til 2 am.

We've been here a few times for bubble teas (I usually get the iced coffee frappe drink), delicious. We also tried the egg waffles, which were soooo good!Check it out.

Good drinks.But I really don't like the way they do the skipthedishes. Ordered and noted to get the pearls separately but they put them all in together.

#waffles #matcha #taro #mango & $25 later. It was okay, definitely not the best in the city. The waffles (5☆) the flavour is good, it was crispy on the outside & soft/fluffy in the inside. Mango w/mango jelly (4.5☆) was good with stong flavours. Taro w/boba was very disappointing (1☆), the ice was not fully crushed & the flavour was very very lite. The matcha (2☆) had a bit more flavour but again ice was not fully crushed & it lacked in flavour. On a positive note, the boba(bubbles/tapioca balls) are definitely fresh. Would I come here again? Tough to say, it's conveniently located close to my workplace but I'm not sure it's worth my $. If I go again, I'll definitely order the Taro w/boba in hopes for a better experience.

The staff at Gong Cha and Karaoke are friendly, informative and exercise patience with ease, especially if you're new to ordering. I make it a point to go directly there whenever I travel to Saskatoon. Their products are DEEELICIOUS!!
