Terrible service. Items shipped to Calgary, then returned without explanation. I had to call and was told it was because someone decided it was the wrong warehouse. The next item was also shipped to calgary and they tell me that is the correct route. All the emails they sent me and then they just cancel the delivery and return the item. Who's head needs to roll?

Chris has been excellent for weekend deliveries to me, however I have been waiting on a (business) delivery for 4 days and can not get through to customer service to find out where this package actually is!I will also stop ordering through Amazon if they shop via Intelcom.

The delivery driver came to my place, called me that he was here. Weighted 5 minutes drove back to the warehouse. Drop my packages off. Put a hold on them so I had to pick him up. Texted me that I had to pick him up at the warehouse and this happened all within a half an hour. I called customer service. They did not give me the phone number to the warehouse so I can make arrangements to pick him up. It took 9 days for me to get my package from this business, if you want to call it that. Packages were everywhere when I got to the warehouse

Delivery driver to North Battleford SK is an incompetent human. Package says it is out for delivery but has never arrived in 4 days. I use 2 seperate addresses in the city and one gets parcels on time everytime. The other is on strike 3 in less than a year. These two addresses are approx 1km apart and are both businesses.

A package was delivered to my store and just left outside the door on a Saturday, again. Plan view not hidden just right out in public. They even sent me a picture where they left it. The hours of my store are clearly marked in the window, they can be seen in the attached photo they sent. You can even see the note asking them not to leave packages out in front of the store. Since this is not the first time they have done this. I wish Amazon did not use them as a delivery service. I wish I could go back to Canada Post and I feel that says everything that needs to be said about this company. Why would you leave a package for a business just outside the door. How is this ok?15-June-2022 - UpdateI have sent a fair amount of emails to the email in their responseand here it is over a year later and I still have NEVER heard back from them and they are STILL doing this if anything they are getting worse. One day they just pushed my package out of the side of their minivan and drove off leaving it in the middle of the parking lot and marked it delivered. The number of complaints I've filed has amounted to jack. If you can avoid using them I STRONGLY suggest doing it.

I'm new to the area and I must say. Intellicom is the absolute best here! They communicate effectively and on time with Amazon packages. I'm very pleased with them and I am going to start tipping them. Great job and please never forget that you are appreciated!

The never even attempt to deliver to where I work on a weekend despite the fact the business is open 7 days a week except stat holidays. They send a delivery attempt and failed notice. But no one even attempts. Is this just lazy drivers? I have complained about this numerous times when a delivery of mine is set to happen on a weekend. Yet nothing improves just happens again. And again. Is there a way to make sure Amazon doesn’t use them when they ship your orders?
